The Eaglerock flat pack is priced at 60 euros per square foot. This is a cabin kit that is to be re constructed on your site by your own artisans.
No services, groundworks or concrete base included.

Floor Structure:

Floor joist as required for plan. Material for carrying beam 5/8” OSB t&g boards for subfloor. Log siding for skirting. Pre engineered l-joists optional.

Log Walls:
|
High quality seasoned eastern white pine, red cedar or kiln dried super log. Double t&g, precision pre cut to plan, numbered and pre drilled for throughbolts and electrics, factory pre stained. High tech double gasket system. Corners interlocking or butt & pass.

Gable ends:
|
Solid precision pre cut logs to roof pitch.

|
Log sizes and profiles:
|
Choice of 6”x6”, 6”x8”, 8”x6”, 8”x8”, 8”x10” – see corner details documents for sketch styles.

Roof structure:
(Cathedral ceiling).

Post & beam style with 2”x6” kiln dried spruce decking, 2 layers of rigid insulation and sheathing over insulation, 25 year asphalt shingles, pine facia. Optional: Douglas fir or parallam beams

Solid pine window.
|

Exterior door:
|
Prehung primed steel insulated door.
|
|
Log home – Caulking
|
Sufficient quantity for logs, windows and installation.

Log treatment:
|
Sikkens stain.

Structural timber purlins with 2”x6” kiln dried spruce decking. Mechanical fasteners.

Dormers:

2”x6” framing with sheathing, log siding and corner boards. Roof structure like above.
