Mobile Cabin Overview.

Mobile log cabins can be purchased:

  1.. For clients to position on their own chosen site or
  2.. For clients to position on one of LandBank International΄s residential
sites.
Our individual sites can be purchased freehold or leasehold.
Our cabins are all sold freehold.
There  are different models incorporating different room styles, sizes and settings.
We are able to manufacture a model to suit your own requirements.



Benefits of mobile cabins.

2. Easily transportable - if you want to change your view - simply move  your cabin.

Benefits of mobile cabin ownership on a freehold site.

The obvious benefits of a freehold site is that you will be the beneficiary of any  increase in the land  value,which here in Catalunya over the past few years has proved quite lucrative - with the autonomous Catalan government predicitng even more of an increase in land prices over the 2006 period.

Ongoing home ownership at a low initial outlay - benefiting from the growing market and investing in an  upwardly mobile market at the optimum time.



Benefits of mobile cabin ownership on a leasehold site.

Here the initial outlay is obviously less as the land is not purchased by the homeowner. The outlay required would be solely for the mobile cabin.

A ground rent of approximately 2000 euros would be payable for the lease of the site for the home 12 months in advance.(Set within 5 year contracts linked to the RPI in Catalunya)

A small outlay to live in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with excellent communication to airports, the Mediterranean coast, golf courses and other leisure facilities.



Converting and upgrading from leasehold to freehold.

Simple, when you are ready to upgrade from your leasehold site to convert it to a freehold purchase - let us know. You can choose the site where your mobile log cabin is situated or another from our land bank.

We only have individual sites - not huge residential mobile home park sites - so you would always be certain of individuality and exclusivity.

All legalities are dealt with at the office of the notary.



Why our individual residential sites offer better value.

We pride ourselves as being leaders in the niche market offering low cost home ownership in the Mediterranean sunshine or if you prefer the mountains of the Pyrenees.The land and cabin in total, cost, less than the third of the price of a  home in a low cost price bracket residential area in the UK.


What are individual sites?

Individual sites are just that - you will be assured of a lovely position, with at least 1 acre of land (generally more), sites that are NOT part of another development, that are detached and individual. Situated in an area
of outstanding natural beauty.



Mains services.

Services will be connected to mobile cabins. If not via the main grid, electricity will be provided by solar energy, water via storage tanks or borehole and waste disposal by septic tank.

The cost will be borne by the purchaser for freehold sites and for leasehold sites the  leasehold owner will provide the services but the lessee will be liable for ongoing charges. If the lessee chooses to upgrade a particular leasehold site to a freehold site - the purchaser will be responsible for covering the service costs.



Mortgage facility.

Funding is available from LandBank International on certain sites - please contact mortgages@landbankint.com Funding to 50% of valuation of land at an interest rate 4% maximum term 10 years. Notarised contracts.



Investment.

Each area, clearly has its benefits, but as a whole Catalunya is a growing market, becoming one of the more popular areas for relocation and retirement alike. The Catalunya Government themselves have predicted property price increases again for 2006.
